I scored 69/120 in TOEFL. Should I give GRE or retake TOEFL?

Sat, psat, act, gre,gmat, toefl, ielts -15 yrs exp. Princeton review, kaplan certified online tutor.

I would suggest you retake TOEFL and take GRE if it is a requirement for the school where you will apply,
