It is quite fulfilling and meaningful to teach. I love helping students find the joy in learning, I love having their young energy throughout the day and I love teaching them how to learn. The more they realize that their teacher wants the best for them the better the school year gets. The beginning of a new school year can be the most challenging part when your students don’t know you and you don’t know them. After the relationship grows and you get to know each other the class atmosphere and rapport can become really wonderful. It is definitely not just another job. Why? Because of the kids. The kids are wonderful. I really enjoy them. If a teacher does not enjoy students then they should get into a different line of work. However, some students can be quite difficult and challenging and this can make it really tough for a teacher to enjoy being around them. In cases like this, the teacher needs support from the parents, from administration and if the student has special needs, the teacher needs support from the Resource Teachers.

classes are reference types. A variable of a structure type contains the structure's data, rather than containing a reference to the data as a class type does. Structures use stack allocation; classes use heap allocation in memory
