I have seven years of experience in the field. I pursued BSc in Nutrition and Dietician Service Management, specialising in stunt and conditioning. Additionally, I completed a diploma in acupuncture and Mesotherapy. I further enhanced my expertise by becoming a specialist in medical conditions such as PCOD, PCOS, fertility, weight loss, and fat loss.
Ever since I was a child, I have been involved in sports. It has always been my passion, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge to help people achieve better health. One of my proudest moments was when my student participated in roller skating competitions and won numerous medals. In 2017, I even had the opportunity to participate in Mister Thirpo and represent the nation as a powerlifter.
My teaching skills extend to personal training, meditation, and nutrition. Whether offline or online, I offer classes to individuals and groups. I cater to male and female clients, ensuring a professional approach and customised guidance. In addition to my teaching, I provide certification for those who complete my courses. My diverse background and extensive experience make me confident I can deliver high-quality classes and training sessions. I prioritise professionalism and ensure that my classes are informative, engaging, and beneficial for all participants.
