Niranjan

I have a strong foundation in personal training, developed through several years of hands-on experience training general clients, students, and beginner athletes. My work at fitness centres and university gyms involved designing simple but effective strength-training programs, teaching proper exercise technique, guiding warm-ups and mobility drills, and helping individuals build confidence in gym environments. I also supported clients with basic nutritional guidance and monitored their progress consistently.
Alongside this, I have formal academic training in sports psychology, including a Master’s in Sports Psychology & Sociology and multiple applied internships. My practical psychology experience includes athlete profiling, psychometric assessments, sports vision testing, behavioral observation, and rapport-building with athletes. I combine my communication skills, athlete-centered approach, and understanding of human behaviour to support both physical training and psychological readiness.
