I done her MBA in Finance specialization and completed Ph.D in Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. She has got 15 years of progressive experience in teaching, research and administration. She got the eligibility to act as Research Supervisor for Ph.D scholars from JNTUA, Anatapuramu. She organized many national and international levels of programmes under the aegis of various financial institutions and funding agencies. She has recently organized prestigious international conference on “Glass ceiling: Issues and challenges in Women career development” worth Rs.15 lakh sanctioned by AICTE , New Delhi, for the year 2020-21.She has published more than 20 research papers in reputed national and international journals. She is also the Coordinator for Women Empowerment cell as well as Entrepreneurship Development Cell in AITS, Tirupati. She acted as Camp coordinator and has organized Entrepreneurship Awareness Programmes in the Institution since 2015 support of EDI-NIMAT Project. She is a member of Academic council, Advisory Committee and Anti ragging Committee of the institution and website was developed to discuss and share women career related issues. She acted as a guest speaker for a Webinar on Mental Health sponsored by National Commission for Women, New Delhi in COVID pandemic and conducted a webinar on yoga and meditation through the support of ICPR, New Delhi. Conducted awareness programmes on COVID-19 in college and adapted villages under UBA, New Delhi.
