"I would like to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding a tutor listed on UrbanPro. He claimed to be offering classes through this platform but conducted sessions via Google Meet instead. He mentioned that since he is currently a student at SRM, he was unable to adhere to a fixed schedule. I made the payment as agreed, but after a few sessions, he abruptly stopped the classes. When I tried to reach out to him via phone and WhatsApp, there was no response. He has completely ignored all attempts to contact him. Unfortunately, I'm unable to file a complaint directly on UrbanPro, but I am raising this issue here to ensure that other parents and students are not misled. I have all the necessary proof — including screenshots of our WhatsApp conversations, the payment made via GPay, and the Google Meet link he used for the sessions. It’s very disappointing to see someone aspiring to be a doctor behave in such a dishonest and money-minded way. I sincerely request UrbanPro to take strict action and ban him from the platform. Please let me know where I can submit all the relevant documents as proof. As a teacher myself, I strongly believe such behavior should not go unchecked. Thank you for your attention to this matter. "

I’m truly sorry our classes ended on a disappointing note. I want to assure you that I received payment only for completed sessions, following a weekly post-session payment policy. I also provided additional classes and extended time without charging extra, purely to support your daughter’s learning. The switch to Google Meet was made for technical ease—better screen sharing, smoother scheduling—not for any financial reason. My goal was always to ensure an effective teaching environment. Throughout the sessions, I believed your daughter was grasping the material based on her engagement and feedback. I was surprised to hear she struggled with exams, as no such concerns were raised during our time together. I understand that exam performance depends on multiple factors beyond the class itself, including revision habits and stress management. While I always strive for clear communication, I acknowledge there were times I could have been more proactive in providing updates. For that, I sincerely apologize. Despite balancing my medical studies, I put in significant time and effort to help my students succeed. I’ve consistently received positive feedback from others, and this has been an isolated negative experience. I regret that the outcome didn’t meet your expectations, but I wish your daughter all the best in her future studies be it medicine or any field .
