With a PhD in Emotional Intelligence from SASTRA Deemed University, she has developed a pioneering Emotional Competence Inventory tailored for IT employees in Tamil Nadu. Her academic journey includes degrees from Alagappa University and PSG Institute of Management, and she has previously held faculty roles at SASTRA University and St. Joseph’s College, Tiruchirappalli. Dr. Daisy has authored over 25 research papers published in Scopus, WoS, and ABDC-indexed journals, covering themes such as AI in HR, psychological well-being, leadership, neuroscience, and emerging technologies like VR and chatbots. She is also the author of EC for Gen Z, a book focused on nurturing emotional competence among today’s youth. As a trainer, she has conducted more than 100 programs for varied audiences including police personnel, healthcare workers, educators, bankers, corporate professionals, and clergy. Dr. Daisy is the founder of Adroit, an initiative offering services in emotional intelligence development, POSH compliance training, mental wellness, recruitment, and leadership coaching.
