Arnold Jenson

I am writing to express my interest in teaching music instrument . With over 12 years of
music teaching experience in the UAE and India, I have developed strong expertise in keyboard, guitar,
music theory, ear training, performance, and student-centered music education.
Most recently, I worked as a Music Teacher at GEMS Founders School, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, teaching
keyboard, guitar, and music theory while organizing student concerts and recitals and following GEMS
standards for teaching, safety, and student well-being. Previously, I spent six years at JSS International
School, Dubai, teaching students aged 6–18, preparing them for Trinity and ABRSM examinations, directing
choirs and ensembles, and supporting the integration of music across the curriculum.
My earlier experience includes teaching at SIPAcademy, Dubai, and Alpha Cambridge International School
in India, where I delivered individual and group lessons, developed IGCSE-aligned lesson plans, organized
performances and competitions, and used interactive and digital tools to support learning.
I hold a Diploma in Music from Cristofori Music School, Singapore, with training in guitar, keyboard, drums,
electric guitar, and music theory. I also hold Trinity College London Grade 6 Electronic Keyboard and Grade 4
Acoustic Guitar qualifications, together with ABRSM CPD training.
I am committed to creating engaging and inclusive music lessons that develop students’ musical skills,
creativity, confidence, and passion for performance. I would welcome the opportunity to contribute my
experience and enthusiasm to your school.
Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to discussing how I can contribute to your music
department.
