Harshan P

I am a competitive MMA athlete and fitness coach with hands-on experience in personal training, strength and conditioning, combat sports, and injury prevention. My experience as an athlete has given me a practical understanding of strength development, conditioning, mobility, movement quality, recovery, and performance training. I have worked with beginners, fitness clients, and combat sport athletes, helping them improve their strength, fitness, movement, and overall physical performance. I conduct one-to-one training sessions and assist clients in developing safe and progressive exercise routines based on their individual goals, fitness levels, and limitations. I have also completed training in rehabilitation and injury-prevention principles and apply these concepts when modifying exercises and training programs. I am currently pursuing my ACE Certified Personal Trainer qualification to further strengthen my knowledge of exercise science and professional coaching. My goal is to help clients become stronger, healthier, and more capable through structured, practical training.
