With a distinguished academic background and extensive professional experience, I bring a comprehensive skill set to the table. I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) and a Master's degree from Anna University, where I graduated as a rank holder. I furthered my education with a Ph.D. from Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education (NICHE). Additionally, I have earned a Diploma and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).
Over the past 14 years, I have amassed a wealth of experience, splitting my time between industry and academia. My industrial experience spans 6 years, during which I worked with esteemed organizations such as the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and CCS Elux. In these roles, I contributed to significant projects, applying mechanical engineering principles to solve complex problems and drive innovation. In addition to my industrial background, I have dedicated 8 years to teaching, specializing in preparing students for various entrance exams and professional skills development. My teaching expertise includes subjects like Physics, GATE Mechanical Engineering (ME), IELTS, and soft skills such as group discussions (GD) and interview techniques. My approach to education focuses on equipping students with both the technical knowledge and the soft skills necessary for their academic and professional success.
