Why do capable students sometimes struggle to perform when it matters?
Over the years, I have come to believe that the challenge is often not a lack of knowledge, but the ability to apply that knowledge effectively.
Education gives knowledge. Industry expects application. The gap is translation.
My career has taken me from teaching computer networking to working in IT infrastructure and operations, including leadership roles at IBM and in Saudi Arabia. These experiences gave me the opportunity to see both sides of the equation—how students are prepared and what workplaces actually expect.

This led me to establish Re:Skill, where we focus on assessment-driven student development.

Rather than beginning with training, we begin by understanding the student. Structured assessments help identify strengths and competency gaps, which can then guide targeted interventions in communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership and workplace readiness.

Assessment → Gap Analysis → Targeted Development → Practice → Outcome Measurement.

My goal is simple: help students translate academic knowledge into confident, effective performance in the real world.
