Sree Sanjay Aathithiyan P

I worked as a Project Architect at Bayhauz Design Studio, Auroville, where our firm was appointed by Nurall Luxury Homes to design and execute their projects. I was primarily responsible for the Raha Wellness Villas project — a row of five luxury villas with three different floor plan options. I independently handled the design, working drawings, and led a small team consisting of one site supervisor, one civil engineer, and two architectural interns. I also managed office expense accounts and coordinated project finances.

In addition to the Raha Wellness Villas, I executed multiple interior design projects and contributed to the design and execution of a spa project at Mumbai Airport as part of the team. Early in my career, I was involved in overseeing the completion of projects that were nearing handover.

Throughout my experience, I developed strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and site workers including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and suppliers across India, which allowed me to effectively coordinate and manage various stakeholders involved in the projects.
