 - Why yoga over other physical exercises?
 - First of all, asanas is only a small portion of yoga which deals with the physical aspects of a human. No other form of physical activity has a spiritual side to it but yoga does. Yoga not only helps you with the physical aspects but prepares a base for other aspects that are subtler than the physical aspects. It helps you explore the spiritual aspects and opens up a whole new dimension for an individual
