I'm a self-learned instructor who started cooking at the age of 24, whilst helping people to improve their cooking skills. Currently, I'm 29 years of age and over these years, I've prepared different vegetarian cuisines including Indian, Italian, Chinese and Mexican delicacies that are easy to prepare, requires minimum effort and time. I understand the mindset of people between 22-40 age group, since cooking home-made food and working long hours together becomes difficult on a long run. I will assist you with simple recipes which are healthy, tasty and can be prepared by any individual if they crack a simple formula (Adjusting Ingredients + Spices + Water Content)

I've lived in India for 25+ years and in UK for 3 years. I've amazing experiences and learnings to share. My key skills include excellent communication, story-telling while cooking to make every dish memorable and helping to prepare food on low-budget but highly delicious :)
