Samson Divekar

I am a seasoned consultant and an international trainer with three decades of experience in providing leadership and corporate training in Emotional Intelligence, Managerial Development & Communication Skills programs. I understand people characteristics to help leaders / employees excel in their careers and profession. I engage on making presentations, identifying training needs, delivering assessments for emotional intelligence and soft skills.

During a career spanning more than 30,000 hours, I have trained over 35,000 participants, and includes the founding of ‘Mind Academy’ for learning and training in Mumbai, India, that engages and works as a corporate business partnership.

Further to my role as Managing Director of ‘Mind Academy’, I am empanelled with ‘Tata Institute of Social Sciences’, Mumbai as a part-time Senior Lecturer.
