I am a retired teacher having 23 years of experience.
I can assist my students in solving the problem step by step and going through their problems with them instead of merely providing answers to them.
I can help strengthen subject comprehension, boost confidence in students and build important learning skiils, also can provide individual attention which normally now a days in crowded classroom not possible.
I have ability to explain difficult things in simple way by quoting some examples.
Teaching style i follow is based on 3 Ds - Directing style which promotes learning through listening and following directions, Discussing style - which promotes learning through interaction and Delegating style - which promotes learning through empowerment.
Methodology - determined partly on subject matter to be taught and partly by the nature of the learner.
