Gazala Dongre

I am Gazala Dongre, a passionate Abacus educator and entrepreneur with more than 7–8 years of experience in teaching Abacus to children. I specialise in helping young learners improve their calculation skills, concentration, memory, accuracy, and confidence through structured Abacus training. My goal is to make learning enjoyable and effective while helping students develop strong mental calculation abilities that benefit them academically and personally.

I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and am also a certified Abacus teacher with professional training in Abacus education. My certification and practical experience have helped me develop effective teaching techniques that enable me to guide students through different levels of Abacus learning. I focus on creating a strong foundation so that students can gradually improve their speed, accuracy, and confidence.

Along with teaching, I am an entrepreneur and the founder of my own institute, Imperial Institute, where I provide Abacus training to students. Through my teaching journey, I have worked with many learners and helped them enhance their mathematical abilities, concentration levels, and overall learning skills. I believe that Abacus is not just about calculations but also about developing focus, discipline, and problem-solving abilities in children.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and student-focused. I prepare proper lesson plans based on each student's learning level and ensure that concepts are introduced step by step. My classes include practical Abacus training, regular practice sessions, interactive activities, and personalised guidance to help students learn comfortably and effectively. I adapt my teaching approach according to each child's pace and provide continuous support throughout their learning journey.

I conduct both online and offline Abacus classes, offering flexibility and personalised attention to every student. I focus on improving calculation speed, concentration, memory power, and accuracy through regular exercises and engaging learning activities. I also conduct assessments and provide feedback to track student progress and ensure consistent improvement.

One of the proudest achievements of my teaching career is seeing my students perform exceptionally well in Abacus competitions. For the past two years, my students have consistently won prizes at national-level Abacus competitions, reflecting their dedication and the effectiveness of my training approach. I am committed to helping every student unlock their potential, develop confidence, and build skills that support their overall growth and success.
