BA stands for Bachelor of Arts. You have an option to take up a subject in the final year as your major. For eg, BA with English (majors) and without a major subject your degree is just a BA. Generally students choose a subject to major in or as honours in BA.
BA in Education, on the other hand, is known as Bed - Bachelor of Education. It is a two year program for students would like to start their career in teaching in schools. It is generally done after having a BA degree.
So a BA or Bcom or Bsc degree followed by a B.ed degree will help you to work as a teacher upto high-school level (grade 12).

Reflection - Indentify where you went wrong. Once you get clarity on the areas which needs improvement, you've crossed 30% of the bridge.
Curate a targeted lesson plan focusing on Turing your weakness into strengths. For example, if you have identified that you weren't able to get a satisfactory score on your mid term paper due to lack of quality answers then you can try to focus on deep reading, analysing, adding specific quotes, cross-referencing, connecting your answers to real world examples etc. You can form a plan accordingly which will help you write quality answers.
Last but not the least, practice, practice and practice. No substitution for practicing and absorbing what you've learnt and recalling it at the right time. No juat that, retaining it for future recalls aswell.
