"To start off, Akanksha ma’am is very understanding, and so, she would first appreciate our abilities within our control over our voice, and then enhance it. She also has this way of encouraging students to put themselves out to the world without the fear of being judged, hence the annual day stage performance’s chance. She also knows the capabilities, and tries to make us smile even when we can’t hit the right note, or get the tune. I have learned a number of songs from her, most that are not very popular, and I understand this because this gives importance and acknowledgement to beats and notes that aren’t overused. She has a bubbly and loud personality, which encourages everyone to keep going. Her teaching is also very intricate, as she puts focus on each and every word that comes out of her mouth, to emphasis and help to comprehend what we are learning; music. She has a great way of teaching, and her voice and skill are beyond awesome."
