The trainer Tanushree Roy is a graduate in Hospitality Management from Robert Gordon University, Scotland in the year 1997. Post her graduation she worked in the industry for around 2 years. In the year 1998 she came in touch with a training organization which proved to be the turning point in her life. This was when she realized that her passion lied in the field of training. She then quit her job to free lance as a trainer. For quite some time she free lanced as a behavioral skill and soft skill trainer. Her quest to learning and growing has taken her through various trainer enhancement programs. With various trainings to enhance her own skills she upgraded herself to be a life coach and assisted huge client base with their depression and addiction problems. She has successful handled relationship issues too saving marriages in many instances.
Her latest addition to her self training schedule is in NLP. With this addition she has successfully treated various dyslexia cases. Depression treatment is more effective and faster today with NLP. She has designed few very effective workshops to help various sections of the society. Her biggest strength is that she does not deliver a set prescription without analyzing the participants needs. Instead she delivers as per the need of the participants. Though she has a few set programs, she is quite open to understand the needs of various corporate and design a program to give them the maximum benefit.
