What are the recognized or reputed certificates/degrees/courses required to become a Tamil language trainer?

if it is spoken language alone then a tenth standard in that particular regional language would do

BA and MA Tamil Literature is one of the recognized degree to become professional Tamil trainer but if you want just to be a trainer for spoken tamil then i don't think any course or degree required for that..

Certificates/degress/courses are not everything in any subjects..particularly in native languages one need to be a voracious reader and effective bilingually to have both range and depth of the subject matter adding to the basic attitude and true passion...
