Is there any relation between Aramaic and Tamil language?

They have different word order, morphology, genders and vocabulary. Pretty much the only similarity is that both are languages with a very long literary tradition. However, there is a Jewish language that is related to Tamil: Judeo-Malayalam, traditionally spoken by the Cochin Jews of Kerala

No, there is no relationship between them. Tamil is a Dravidian language and Aramaic is a Semitic, related to Arabic.
