Sachin Nair

I bring a unique combination of military discipline, leadership experience, and classroom teaching exposure to my teaching career. I have served in the Indian Coast Guard, where I developed strong skills in leadership, training, mentoring, planning, and team management. My role involved guiding personnel from diverse backgrounds, maintaining high standards of discipline, and delivering structured training under challenging conditions-skills that directly translate to effective classroom management and student engagement.
In addition, I have worked with Teach for India, where I gained hands-on experience in teaching, curriculum delivery, and student development in diverse and resource-constrained learning environments. Through this experience, I learned to adapt teaching methods to different learning levels, build strong relationships with students, and focus on both academic growth and character development.
