My guidance is based on firsthand experience—having lived, studied, and worked in Canada after completing my Master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa. I’ve helped individuals from various academic and professional backgrounds—some from technical fields, others with non-IT experience—identify suitable programs, build strong profiles, and prepare realistic pathways for admission and post-study work. I focus on clarifying university and program selection, resume and profile building, understanding PR pathways, and what to expect once they land abroad. My sessions go beyond just admissions—I also guide students on how to adapt to academic life, manage finances, and plan for career transitions after graduation. This support is especially helpful for students who come from colleges in India where such counseling is missing or limited.

I have taught Linux fundamentals as part of the Google IT Support and Cybersecurity programs while working as a full-time Technical Instructor at NPower Canada. My training covered key Linux basics such as command-line navigation, file system structure, user and permission management, package handling, and system monitoring tools. The course was designed to be practical and hands-on, with terminal-based labs, real-world scenarios, guided exercises, and troubleshooting challenges. What made the experience unique was that many learners came from non-IT backgrounds with no prior scripting or technical experience—and still successfully completed the course with my structured support and step-by-step guidance. I focused on making Linux accessible and confidence-building, especially for those transitioning into tech. This training was delivered in an international environment, and the teaching approach was tailored to ensure inclusivity, clarity, and career relevance.
