Hello There, As far as my experience, Tableau can help with below scenarios in analytics. 1. Segmentation and cohort analysis 2. Scenario and what-if analysis 3. Sophisticated calculations and statistical functions 4. Time-series and predictive analysis All the above can be done directly in Tableau with out integrating R or Phython. There is a feasibility to integrate R and Python in Tableau, send code to R and Python Server, get response and visualize.
