Learning both doesn't habe any advantage. It is recommended to learn either Tableau or QlikView. Tableau is rich in features and widely adapted by many corporates. I hope this answers your question.

Both are good data visualization tools. But when it comes to Qlikview , they have their own coding language similar to SQL. This is NOT the case with Tableau, as no coding is involved. Totally it depends on market requirement to master either of them.
