I am a postgraduate Botany (M.Sc) with specialised training in Biodiversity Data Mobilisation and extensive experience in Herbarium digitisation, taxonomy, and ecological fieldwork. I have served as a Junior Research Fellow under the GBIF-BIFA project titled "Fantastic Ghats ". I worked on digitising over 30,000 herbarium specimens, georeferencing, and publishing occurrence datasets on global platforms.
My academic journey and hands-on experience have given me a strong command of topics such as Plant Physiology, Plant Morphology, Photosynthesis, Reproduction in Flowering Plants, and Biodiversity and Conservation.
I have also mentored students and researchers during national workshops, including those organised by GBIF Asia and the Botanical Survey of India, and have been recognised with an Advanced Badge in Data Mobilisation by GBIF.
