I am a Soft Skills Trainer and a seasoned professional who transitioned into training after a long and fulfilling career in the banking industry. With 20 years of corporate experience, I bring deep insights into workplace culture, communication dynamics, leadership expectations, and professional behavior. My background in banking, where I was part of key committees and conducted several townhall training sessions, has shaped my understanding of how essential soft skills are to personal and professional growth.

I hold an MBA from Adventist College, affiliated with Tennessee University, USA. To strengthen my expertise as a trainer, I completed multiple certifications from the Indian Leadership Academy, including Train the Trainer (TTT), Soft Skills Trainer, Master Trainer, and Corporate Trainer programs. These credentials have equipped me with advanced tools, frameworks, and methodologies for effective training delivery.

Over the years, I have worked with learners from diverse backgrounds—students, working professionals, and corporate teams—helping them strengthen essential skills such as communication, workplace etiquette, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and professional confidence. My training experience, combined with my industry exposure, allows me to make sessions practical, relatable, and aligned with real-life challenges.

My teaching philosophy is centered around engagement and experiential learning. I believe that soft skills cannot be understood through theory alone; they must be practiced, applied, and experienced. That is why my sessions involve activities, discussions, role plays, and scenario-based interactions that help learners understand and internalize each concept.

I conduct both online and offline classes, depending on the needs and convenience of the students or corporate teams. Regardless of the format, I ensure that sessions remain interactive, energetic, and meaningful. I use PPTs and a whiteboard to deliver concepts visually, ensuring clarity and retention.

My approach is structured yet flexible. While I follow a planned curriculum, I also adapt to the learner’s pace, personality, and requirements. Soft skills are deeply personal, and I take care to create a safe and encouraging environment where learners feel confident to participate and grow. I also provide support materials whenever needed to help learners continue their development beyond the sessions.

What motivates me most is seeing my students transform—becoming more confident speakers, better team players, and more effective professionals. My goal as a trainer is to empower individuals with the skills that not only help them succeed in their careers but also enrich their personal lives.
