With 15 years of experience in teaching, school management, and taking offline tuition classes, I have developed a deep understanding of students and their psychology. I feel strongly connected with children and believe that understanding their mindset is the key to effective teaching.

In my experience, the role of a teacher is not just to complete the syllabus, but to develop genuine interest in the subject among students. When students become interested, they naturally take responsibility for their own learning.

I believe that a teacher’s work is to guide, motivate, and create curiosity. Once that interest is developed, students—being naturally capable and intelligent—are able to carry forward the learning process on their own.

In this way, I see teaching as a shared effort: the teacher initiates and nurtures interest, and the student completes the learning through their own engagement and effort.
