They come with the dreams of quick rich scheme scenario not the wealth creation , Would you like to make 20_30% return in a year in this Market ? i think not you wanted to make 10x or 20x of your Capital .

Beginner trader fail because of they dont know risk and reward raio. Proper money managment .and trade with small amount and think big profit.
