I am a master's student in political science with a deep-rooted passion for education, research, and policy analysis. My academic journey has been dedicated to understanding and addressing systemic challenges in education, governance, and public policy. My research and writings, several of which have been published in leading newspapers and magazines, have focused on critical issues such as digital learning disparities, education policy reforms, and the evolving landscape of higher education in India. Beyond academia, I have been actively involved in transformative educational initiatives. As a committed educator, I have worked extensively with underprivileged students through organizations like Teach for India and Project Bhavishya, where I designed and implemented innovative teaching strategies to bridge learning gaps. My role extended beyond the classroom. I mentored students, developed customized learning modules, and worked on grassroots policy advocacy to enhance educational accessibility. Additionally, my tenure with the National Service Scheme (NSS), where I dedicated 200 hours to literacy drives, and my internship with the Srinagar Municipal Corporation, where I contributed to education-focused awareness campaigns, have given me firsthand experience in policy implementation at the local level. Leading research projects on education policy has further strengthened my ability to analyze systemic issues and propose actionable solutions. Through my tutoring experience, I have not only empowered students academically but also guided them toward becoming informed, socially responsible individuals. I am committed to fostering an environment where education is not just about acquiring knowledge but about developing perspectives that drive meaningful change.
