My teaching experience with students from Classes I to V has mainly involved helping younger learners understand basic concepts in a simple, patient, and engaging way. I have assisted children with subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies by explaining lessons, guiding them through homework, and helping them revise for class tests. I focus on strengthening fundamentals like reading, writing, basic grammar, number sense, and problem-solving skills. While teaching, I use examples from daily life, simple questions, and repeated practice to ensure children understand the topic clearly. I pay close attention to each child’s learning pace and adjust my explanations accordingly. I encourage students to ask questions freely and make learning a comfortable and positive experience. For Mathematics, I help students practice sums step by step, while in English I support reading comprehension, vocabulary building, and sentence formation. I also help students stay organized by guiding them with daily study routines and revision schedules. Through this experience, I have learned the importance of patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement when working with young children. Overall, my experience has helped me understand how to support primary-level students effectively while building their confidence and interest in learning.
