I went to Srikanth Sir for PMP training and the methodology he followed was very logical. He first checked my knowledge and found out where the gaps are. He then structured his training accordingly. One can ask his/her doubts unlimited times. I attempted the exam after 4 months of training and cleared it. He is a great motivator, he understood that I was worried and he cheered me to instill confidence in me. The course is worth the time and money invested.

Now, do you need PMP Certification if you are already good in project management because of your experience? Remember, there are great project managers without PMP Certification and an equal number of dumb project managers with PMP Certification. However, PMP Certification (from a Good Coach) opens the horizons of project management beyond one's own limited view driven by the companies associated with. I am a firm believer in this statement: "Any Education is Useless Unless it Changes the way One Thinks and Behaves". A PMP Certification also does this for you, if you choose the right Coach!
