Dipankar Rabidas - PARAMEDICAL AND ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES ASSISTANT PROFESSOR WITH 3Y OF EXPERIENCE

I teach students from Class 1 to 10 across various subjects and also provide specialized coaching for Nursing, Medical Entrance, Paramedical, B.Sc. courses, and Allied Health Sciences. My main areas of expertise include Biology, Medical Sciences, Paramedical Sciences, Nursing, and Allied Health Sciences. I have 3 years of teaching experience and also bring around 5 years of professional hospital experience to my teaching.

I have completed my Master of Science (M.Sc.) and am currently pursuing a PhD in Allied Health Sciences. Along with my academic qualifications, I have professional healthcare training and practical clinical experience. I was selected as an Anesthesia Officer through AIIMS CRE-3, which has further strengthened my knowledge and professional understanding of medical and allied health sciences.

My professional journey has combined teaching, clinical practice, and continuous learning. During my approximately 5 years of hospital experience, I worked in Emergency & Critical Care, ICU, and Operation Theatre environments. These experiences taught me the importance of applying theoretical knowledge to real situations, remaining calm under pressure, and understanding the practical side of healthcare.

Alongside my clinical career, I have spent around 3 years teaching students in Biology, Nursing, Medical, Paramedical, and Allied Health Sciences. One of the aspects I enjoy most about teaching is taking complex medical or scientific concepts and explaining them in a way that students can understand. Whenever possible, I connect textbook concepts with practical clinical examples to make learning more meaningful.

A particularly important achievement in my teaching journey has been achieving a 100% student pass percentage. I believe this reflects the importance I place on understanding each student's learning needs and providing personalized guidance. I do not believe that every student should be taught in exactly the same way, so I adapt my pace and explanation style according to the learner.

I follow a structured and student-focused methodology. I begin classes with clear learning objectives and gradually move from basic concepts to more advanced topics. I use interactive discussions, questioning, revision, short assessments, and feedback to monitor progress. For medical, nursing, biology, and paramedical subjects, I use real-world clinical examples wherever appropriate.

I offer both online and offline classes and use PPTs and a whiteboard to support my teaching. My goal is to combine academic knowledge, clinical experience, and personalized teaching to help students understand their subjects deeply, prepare effectively for examinations, and develop the confidence required for their academic and professional journeys.
