Hansith Fonseka

I am a Computer Science undergraduate at Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT), affiliated with the University of Westminster, and I have also completed a BSc in Information Systems at the University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC).
Currently, I work as a Level 1 Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst at NCINGA (Pvt) Ltd, where I gain hands-on experience in security monitoring, SIEM alert analysis, incident investigation, threat detection, and cybersecurity operations. I also have practical knowledge of networking, firewalls, Linux, and cybersecurity tools through my professional experience and hands-on learning platforms such as TryHackMe and Hack The Box.
I am also currently studying for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification to further strengthen my knowledge of networking and network security.
I am passionate about cybersecurity and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others, particularly helping beginners understand complex technical concepts in a simple and practical way.
