"One differentiating factor of sreenath among rest of people i have worked with is his attitude of saying "yes" when approached with any problems to solve in excel and approach in helping person understand the formulas used to resolve issue. I have worked with him on various automation projects in excel, he has solved all problems and suggested an alternative approach which is simpler to understand with same output as desired. One of project on Automation was to develop analysis on comparing data from 7 variants wherein i had sought an help with externals who had formulas and logic used was bit confusing. He reviewed the same and simplified formulas with same out which helped in optimizing file/cycle run. "
