Sir, I have a sister whose IQ is between 60-65. Can she have basic education? Considering her age currently which is 48? Please suggest. At present she is keen in studies. But unable to find a good teacher who can provide basic education to her?

Yes, she can have but it takes time to learn at this age, but still you can start .

No She can't have basic education. Having IQ lower than 70 considered as mild suitation. She is trainable so she would need a good special educator and therapist. I guess for further knowledge you can contact professionals they will explain it in more detail
