I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Performance Coach, and Professional Bodybuilder for the IBFF Federation South Africa. My journey began over four years ago at Virgin Active, where I worked as a Fitness Instructor, later advancing to Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. During that time, I developed a proven system to help clients transform their physiques, improve performance, and build lasting discipline.

Before entering the fitness industry, I competed as a professional rugby player, which gave me a deep understanding of strength, endurance, and mental toughness. That athletic foundation evolved into my passion for bodybuilding, boxing, and hybrid training — merging aesthetic development with explosive athletic performance.

I specialize in body transformations, boxing conditioning, hybrid athlete development, and self-defense training. My training style combines scientific precision with real-world intensity, empowering clients to master both body and mind.

I’m currently studying Kinesiology to further expand my expertise in human movement, injury prevention, and performance optimization.
