*My Teaching Style*
*1. Student-centered,
My classroom starts with _you_. I ask questions first, listen to how you think, then build the lesson around that. If you’re a visual learner we’ll draw it. If you learn by doing, we’ll practice it. If you need stories, we’ll use examples from real life.

*2. Clear, simple, and human*
No jargon for the sake of it. I explain complex ideas the way I’d explain them to a friend over chai. Short sentences, lots of examples, and we check understanding at every step.

*3. Encouraging + demanding*
I’m on your side, but I won’t let you settle for "I kinda get it." We’ll push until you can teach it back to me.

*My Methodology: The 4-Step Loop*
This is how every topic runs in my class:

*Step 1: Hook & Connect*
Why does this matter? I’ll tie it to something you already know — an exam, a job skill, a daily problem, even a meme.

*Step 2: Teach with Examples*
Concept → 1 simple example → 1 real-world example. We break big ideas into small chunks so your brain doesn’t get overloaded.

*Step 3: Practice Together*
We do it side by side. I guide, you try. We make mistakes on purpose so we can learn from them. Mistakes are not failures, they’re feedback.

*Step 4: Test & Apply*
Quick recall questions, then a challenge problem. The goal: can you use this tomorrow without me? We also revisit it later so it moves to long-term memory.

I also use: active recall, spaced repetition, and teaching-by-analogy. If one method doesn’t work, we try another until it clicks.

*Results My Students Get*
I measure success not by grades alone, but by transformation:
- *From confused to confident*: You stop saying "I’m bad at this" and start saying "Let me try"
- *From memorizing to understanding*: You can solve new problems, not just the ones from homework
- *From passive to independent*: You learn _how_ to learn, so you need me less over time
- *Tangible wins*: Better test scores, clearer writing, cleaner code, stronger interview answers — whatever your goal is

*What Makes Me a Great Teacher*
1. *I care about the person, not just the subject*
If you’re stressed, distracted, or stuck, we deal with that first. Learning doesn’t happen when your brain is in panic mode.

2. *I’m adaptable*
Math, English, coding, public speaking, interview prep — the content changes but my core stays: break it down, practice, feedback, repeat.

3. *I give honest, kind feedback*
I’ll tell you exactly what’s working and what’s not, and _how_ to fix it. No vague "good job."

4. *I’m curious about you*
Your goals, your interests, why this subject feels hard. The more I know you, the better I can teach you.

5. *I never stop learning either*
If a new way to explain something works better, I’ll use it next class. We’re a team.

At the end of the day, a great teacher doesn’t make students dependent. A great teacher makes students who don’t need the teacher anymore.
