Teaching Experience in detail in Class I-V Tuition

Teaching is a delicate job where the teacher focuses on the student rather than just caring for completing the syllabus. In schools, there is a prior schedule designed for the syllabus completion with merely less doubt sessions. Thus, students need extra tuitions ! So that they can get there problems solved on individual basis. As far as my teaching experience is concerned, I have taught students of 3rd & 5th standard. I have provided home tuitions to them for 2 working hours daily (except weekends). I charged 3000/- & 5000/- monthly, respectively. My method of teaching is very simple. Firstly, I examine the student verbally by asking him/her about their week points & strong points. Later I conduct my teaching process on that basis so that the student is able to cope up with his/her week areas and also practising for their stonger ones. I teach them the required syllabus & then conduct a doubt session next day so that he/she can get the doubts cleared before we continue further. This way the whole syllabus gets completed with even better understanding. And when a certain portion is complete, I conduct a test based on that lesson. As a teacher, I always boost my student's confidence that he/she can do better always in every way. By doing this, the student get motivated & doesn't feel dull about himself.
