*1. School Experience - I completed my 12th from *Saraswati Vidya Shishu Mandir, Burhar*. My school life was full of discipline, values and learning. The environment of my school was very supportive. Teachers focused not only on books but also on moral values and good habits. The small class size helped me to interact with teachers easily and clear all my doubts. I was a sincere student and always participated in class activities. During board exams I learned the importance of consistency, time management and hard work. My school taught me that regular practice and dedication are the keys to success. Apart from studies, I learned discipline and punctuality which still help me today. Overall, my school gave me a strong academic foundation and good character. *2. College Experience - For graduation I did *B.Com from Jawaharlal Nehru Degree College, Rewa*. And for post-graduation I completed *M.Com from IGNOU*. College life was very different from school. Here I became more independent and responsible. In B.Com I studied subjects like Accounting, Business Law, Taxation and Economics. Professors explained concepts with real-life examples which improved my understanding. Doing *M.Com from IGNOU* taught me self-discipline and time management. Since it was distance learning, I managed studies along with other responsibilities. This made me more focused and organized. During college I developed interest in teaching. I started helping juniors with Commerce subjects. Explaining topics to others improved my own clarity and communication skills. College gave me knowledge, confidence and practical skills. It prepared me for real life and for my goal of becoming a good teacher. ---

*My Teaching Experience - Class 1 to 5* I have experience teaching students from *Class 1 to Class 5*. I used to take classes at *7 AM*. Teaching young children is a very special and responsible job, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. *My Teaching Approach* For small kids, learning should be fun and stress-free. So I always made my classes interactive. I used stories, rhymes, drawings, and daily life examples to explain concepts. My main focus was to make their *basics strong in Maths, English, Hindi and EVS*. For *Class 1 and 2*, I focused on reading, writing, spellings, tables and basic addition-subtraction. I used flashcards, charts and activities to keep them engaged. For *Class 3, 4 and 5*, I focused on concept clarity. In Maths I taught them problem-solving with tricks. In English and Hindi I worked on grammar, comprehension and handwriting. In EVS I connected topics to real life so they could understand better. *How I Handle Students* Every child learns differently. Some are fast, some need more time. I was always patient with them. I gave individual attention and extra practice to students who needed it. I also took small tests and gave homework to track their progress. I maintained good communication with parents too. I regularly updated them about their child’s performance and areas to improve. *What I Learned* Teaching Class 1 to 5 taught me *patience, creativity and discipline*. It taught me how to explain difficult things in a very simple way. The smile on a child’s face when they understand a topic was my biggest reward. *Conclusion* I believe that if a child’s foundation from Class 1 to 5 is strong, they can do well in higher classes too. I am dedicated, caring and passionate about teaching. My goal is to make learning easy, interesting and enjoyable for every child. ---
