Lets consider you are taking the numbers as input, the possibilities are 1. The user would input valid numbers 2. The user may input one valid and another invalid number (like text "abc") 3. The user may not input both the values 4. The user would input only one value 5. The user may input number(s), such that sum could not be stored in the variable have you defined. (suppose you defined int res = a +b). res can store only upto value 2^32 -1 so, it is 5, may be more if I missed some edge cases read less
