I would like to learn frameworks for testing field, I learned python programming can you please suggest which latest frameworks are good to learn based on python.(Appium python,test complete,tosca,..)

Well you can go for robot framework.. Its a framework over python and currently best automation tool in the market currently i am working on it and previously i have worked on selenium also.. There is a huge difference between selenium and robot framework. Go for its its fast easy and perfect framework to learn after learning python and testing

Appium Python has a very limited scope in testing as you can just use it for application testing. In my best understanding if you have knoledge of python then you can learn JavaScript/nodejs easily and it as a very vast scope in automation. Now a days Nodejs is very populer language and it has too many automation frameworks that can be learned easily.
You can look webdriverio and nightwatchjs, very populer framewroks binded in selenium apis
