If you have some specific interest then its better to pursue topics related to that. Also, it would be helpful if you can provide background information about your current education and also which areas you plan to cover in MS. While MS prepares you for a Software Development life cycle emphasizing more on software development techniques, I would recommend you to do some research on the roles and technologies available post MS in IT sector and choose one. If you are very particular on a role, I could then advise you a couple of courses. If not, then I would recommend you to do the learning that aids you in your MS program. You can go for programming language certification if it interests you like Java, or you can do ORACLE certification. If you have some interest in testing then go for some Automation testing certification.
