A CA need to have a view to learn the issues/situation/need of his client, so that he can be in a position to resolve those comfortably. To know the issues, he must have good COMMUNICATION Skill, for which he must develop the LISTENING art more. Listen more, but speak less. The issues can be resolved by normal processes, but he need to have a better PROBLEM SOLVING art/skill, for which he need to develop the habit of THINKING DIFFERENT with CREATIVE METHODS. This will make him different from other peers. He must develop better TIME MANAGEMENT SKILL, so that he can attend many clients with least possible time.
