You have to join with someone already doing it, if you are just starting. Even experienced Trainers find it difficult, because they have to deliver what the person they join with wishes them to do. You have to join with someone already doing it, if you are just starting. Even experienced Trainers find it difficult, because they have to deliver what the person they join with wishes them to do. But doing all on own will be difficult, but not IMPOSSIBLE. Enhance your Talents and find companies. I do outside India so I have no particular knowledge here, as I frankly find corporate training all the same here. I don't treat PEOPLE LIKE ROBOTS. So my style would be very intense and for anyone to adapt and take they have to have lateral thinking and accept to break the routine. read less
