I am 35. Skating is in my wish list from childhood. Is it safe to start at this age.? I just want to skate to have a better fitness.

A few quick tips to start smart: Gear up properly — helmet, knee pads, wrist guards are non-negotiable as a beginner Start with inline skates or quad skates — quad (4-wheel) skates are generally more stable and beginner-friendly Take a few lessons — even 2-3 sessions with an instructor will save you a lot of falls Skate on smooth flat surfaces first — indoor rinks are ideal to begin with Your body will be sore the first couple of weeks — that's normal, stick with it For fitness it's genuinely excellent — great for legs, core, balance and cardio.
