The best way to learn any language is absorbtion of that language as much as possible. Active and attentive listening skills play a great role here. Listening and shadowing the same thing helps more. And last but not the least interact as much as possible with good English speakers. Don't use complicate words and sentences in beginner level. Slowly and gradually build it up. Try to talk and record yourself while talking and then listen and correct your gaps. Hope it helps.
