There are two parts of the Foundation Course.
First is the registration for the exam and giving the exam itself.
Second the preparation of the exam.
For registration of CA-Foundation exam, visit ICAI website and do a bit of google. You may find many videos on youtube for self-registration.
Secondly, for preparation online, go for Chandan Poddar. I find his way of teaching and materials good enough. He will also help you with registration thing.
