I also identified slow learners and offered extra support and guidance to meet their learning needs. In addition to teaching, I maintained classroom records, prepared lesson plans, and coordinated with other teachers and school authorities. I communicated with parents regarding students’ academic progress and behavior when required. Overall, my teaching experience in school helped me develop strong classroom management skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep understanding of student-centered learning.
